"Andrei Șaguna" University acquired legal personality on May 15, 1992, being the first private, non-profit higher education institution established in the South-East of the country and accredited as a legal entity under private law and of public utility, part of the System National Education, by Law 116/2005. "Andrei Șaguna" University, the only accredited private university in Dobrogea, has been training elite specialists for 20 years through a high-quality and high-performance higher education program, recognized at national and international level, held in all 13 of its specializations. The number of students has permanently increased through the development of new specializations, in direct correlation with the increase in the number of tenured teaching staff and the enrichment of the heritage.
