The dizzying proliferation of knowledge communication media in the 21st century has made it necessary to change the policy for disseminating academic offerings and activities through which UCALP develops its teaching, research and extension functions. Likewise, this has been accentuated by the notable increase, experienced in recent years, in the number of careers, projects, agreements, congresses, conferences, intellectual, artistic and sports competitions that our University develops, as well as by the consequent presence of the Institution in the community to which it belongs. We face great challenges, from the educational and personal spheres, and we work daily to adapt to these new and modern times in which we live.
