Catholic University of the Holy Conception (UCSC) is located in Concepción, Bío Bío, Chile. It is locally known as Universidad Catolica de la Santísima Concepción. The university was established in 1991. It is accredited by Consejo Superior de Educación, Chile. UCSC is a traditional, autonomous and public law university, which carries out comprehensive training, providing excellent services to the Biobío and Ñuble Regions. It is attached to the Council of Rectors of Chilean Universities (CRUCH) and is part of the Chilean Chapter of Catholic Universities, the Association of Regional Universities (AUR), the Organization of Catholic Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean (ODUCAL) and the Network of Non-State Public Universities belonging to the Council of Rectors (G9).
