The Ferdinand Porsche FernFH is a federally funded long-distance university of applied sciences in Austria . It was founded in 2006 and offers distance learning courses ( bachelor's , master's ) as well as further training courses. In July 2018, the FernFH was recognized as a university of applied sciences by the Agency for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria according to international standards. Owners are FernFH Management & Service GmbH (74%) and the state of Lower Austria (26%). The vision of the FERNFH is the guiding principle, the long-term vision and the development direction of the university. It describes the uniqueness and determines the identity of FERNFH. Science and research are a central part of academic teaching at FERNFH. Our students and graduates benefit from innovative topics and can apply scientific methods and integrate them into their everyday work.
