Landmark Polytechnic responses to National Minimum standards and establishment of institution Decree of 1985 and its subsequent amendment 1993 with a desire to fill the gap created by the inadequacies of government while extending technological education to the teeming populace of our great country, Nigeria. The Landmark Polytechnic master plan is a medium plan that is built on the strategic plan, 2015-2040. It depicts the campus at it might appear in 25years, based on a current understanding of facility space requirements and development priorities for the propose institute. However, the master plan intended to serve as a guide for future development at its permanent site at Aiyetoro, Ado-Odo/Otta Local government Area Ogun state. The take-off campus and the subsequent developments are going to be integrated as part of the campus master plan. Moreover, the plan focused on Science, Technology, Management and Research courses, quality of instructional space. Space to accommodate students and staff, library and good learning environment, communal facilities, sporting ground, soft and hard landscape, administrative area, Commercial and Social activities.
