The Police Academy is an organizational unit of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia, founded in the seventies of the 20th century as an Educational Center. The Police Academy is a specialized institution that organizes and implements the basic training of future police officers, the training of students and the specialist training of police officers and trainees. Today, the Police Academy organizes and realizes dozens of different educational professional specialist and basic forms of education for the needs of the MUP of the Republic of Croatia, and programs are also open education for the needs of external users. At the same time, the College of Police educates students, future criminologists and graduate criminologists.
