The National University of the Center of the Province of Buenos Aires, created in 1974 through Law 20,753, has three regional offices: the central office, seat of the Rectorate, in the city of Tandil and the offices of Azul and Olavarría , as well as a branch in Quequén-Necochea . Around 13,500 students are distributed in 11 academic units, in which 16 short careers are taught; 46 degree races ; 11 joint races; 23 postgraduate courses and 3 diplomas. Academic excellence , research , extension, technology transfer and services for a comprehensive training of students, are the priority objectives of this House of Studies that has been working.
