The Petre Andrei University of Iași is a private university in Iași, Romania, founded in 1990. It was named in honor of the Romanian philosopher Petre Andrei. In September 2013, Petre Andrei University absorbed Gheorghe Zane University. After a long institutional evaluation process, in 2002, "Petre Andrei" University was accredited according to Law 408/June 20, 2002, as a private higher education institution of public utility, an integral part of the Romanian educational system. All our bachelor's and master's degrees are recognized and certified by the Ministry of Education. Our study programs are developed in accordance with the provisions of the Bologna Treaty
