San Sebastián University (USS) is located in Concepción, Bío Bío, Chile. It is locally known as Universidad San Sebastián. The university was established in 1990. It is accredited by Consejo Superior de Educación, Chile. The University recognizes that its fundamental commitment is the disciplinary and value training of upright and competent professionals, in an academic atmosphere of order, reflection, rigor and respect for differences. Likewise, it assumes as one of its greatest challenges, promoting the social integration, mobility and material and spiritual progress of all the members of its university community.
