Santiago de Cali University was established in the year 1958. It is a private and non-profit university which is situated in Cali in Colombia. It was started as the Law School and became the first law school of the region. It was formed with the idea to promote higher education in the region and provide easy and local education to the community students. Santiago de Cali University is organised into seven academic faculties which are further divided into various multidisciplinary departments. It offers bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree programs. Students can also apply for research studies, international exchange program and virtual education. It is the home to more than 1100 teachers holding master’s and doctoral degrees with expertise and experience in their area of study. Other degree courses include diploma, specialisations, continuing education, technical education, extension program, language courses and internship programs.
