Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Premier Polytechnic (PSA) formerly known as Shah Alam Polytechnic is a Malaysian polytechnic located in Shah Alam , the capital of Selangor . Located in Persiaran Usahawan, Seksyen Ul, Shah Alam which covers an area of ​​112 acres, PSA is the 8th polytechnic in Malaysia and started operating in January 1997. PSA started its first session with a total of 640 students in July 1997. Its position in a strategic location, coupled with the commitment and dedication of its employees has made PSA a dynamic Polytechnic, in line with academic progress and infrastructure development. The name change of Shah Alam Polytechnic in conjunction with the late DYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Yang Dipertuan Agung's XI which was completed by DYMM Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah on 8 March 2002.
