The University Lueji A'Nkonde ( ULAN ) is a university public Angola , multicampi , headquartered in the city of Dundo in the province of Lunda Norte . The university emerged from the dismemberment of the Dundo campus of Universidade Agostinho Neto in the context of reforms in Angolan higher education that took place in 2008 and 2009.
