The University of ibagué (Spanish: Universidad de Ibagué) is a private university located in Ibagué, Colombia. It was founded in 1980 as University Corporation of Ibagué (Spanish: Corporación Universitaria de Ibagué, Coruniversitaria) by business and civic leaders from Tolima. The University of Ibagué seeks the recovery of the essential values ​​of the person, the strengthening of democracy, respect for human rights, equity and justice, and the affirmation of regional and national identity.
