WOI University is pleased to identify the vulnerable South Sudanese households, and to partner with the disadvantaged, boma health teams, health facilities, schools and farming enterprises, to facilitate their achievement of a sustainable change for the better in health, education and livelihoods within South Sudan and around the globe. Widows and Orphans International, Juba, the proprietors of WOI University, situated in the Republic of South Sudan, in collaboration with Widows and Orphans International, London, United Kingdom (UK), established an institution in the name of WOI University. Although WOI University has enjoyed a symbiotic relationship with its UK counterpart, it has since evolved and developed its own unique academic identity in the long pursuit for the attainment of a sustainable change for the better in health, education and livelihoods of the vulnerable South Sudanese households within South Sudan and around the globe. The strategic identity of WOI University lies in the complementary role it plays in achieving a sustainable change for the better in health, education and livelihoods of the vulnerable South Sudanese households within South Sudan and around the globe. WOI University adopts a non-traditional approach that emphasizes practical skill development and adopts evidence based and problem-oriented approach in its academic and community-based development programs.
